    ・Gozen Shu (Tsuji Honten) 
    Gozen Shu is a local sake brewery in the castle town of Katsuyama. The storehouse has been renovated and is now a lovely Japanese restaurant and shop. Here you can sample different sake for free.

    HINOKI PLANT DYEING WORKSHOP & GALLERY
    This is a dyeing and weaving workshop and gallery in Katsuyama, Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. They also sell works by artists in various fields such as woodwork, glass, bamboo work and brass.。

    UEDA VILLAGE
    “UEDA VILLAGE” is a complex with a number of guest houses, cafes, shops, and a hairdresser. The renovated space of the old elementary school has been reborn as a place that welcomes all the people of the region and travellers, with a combination of nostalgia and newness.

    PORT ART&DESIGN TSUYAMA
    The large architectural space of the former Senoo Bank a city-designated important cultural property completed in 1920, has been revitalised as a gallery and workshop space.

    NAGI MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART
    Known as Nagi MOCA, it is a contemporary art museum designed by the world-renowned architect Isozaki Arata. The drive here from the Arts & Crafts Village is about 1 hour.

    THREE FAMOUS HOT SPRINGS IN OKAYAMA
    These are located in the north of Okayama Prefecture, and are three of the most famous hot springs in western Japan: Yugo Onsen, Yuhara Onsen, and Okutsu Onsen. There is also a day-visit hot spring, so you can experience this after your time at Arts & Crafts Village.
