Knotting Cushion

This cushion is literally made by knotting yarns in a pattern,There are various ways to knot from different places in the world such as Kilim, Gabbeh and so forth.

At Arts & Crafts Village, we have a wood workshop that makes a knotting kit so that we can weave using only a wooden frame without a loom.

Originally, staff made cushions for those who ordered tables and chairs, and cushions for us to use on the rocket stove bench 

The round cushions are made for our round stools.
